Shipping Info

International Policy

No returns or exchanges are allowed from international buyers. We are not responsible for items being held or confiscated by a country's customs department, nor for any customs tariffs or taxes. It is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via USPS within 3 business days of purchase. Insurance is available upon checkout. Hays Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

Prices are quoted for USPS International First Class mail. First class is the most economical method of shipping but does not include tracking or insurance. This means that once we ship your package we have no further information about it's whereabouts. We cannot be responsible for late or missing packages. If you would like to upgrade to priority mail or would like to purchase shipping insurance please let us know and we'll send you an estimate for the added costs.
